Inquiry is a systematic investigation that is often of a matter of
public interest. It is much more than a research paper, because it
requires the student to do something with the information they've
found. A class inquiry study would be a class-wide investigation of
a topic that seeks to understand, evaluate, or resolve any issue or
chosen topic.
